Chimney Lightning Rod Parts
For mounting flat on top of metal cap or mortar cap next to flue. Rod is 3/8 Inch Dia. x 12 Inch. Lead Coated Copper. Cable connection is bolt tension for a secure connection, not a crimp style. Part number LF12F or ALF12F. Aluminum rod is bare 1/2 inch diameter by 12 inches long. This can also be used in applications other than chimneys. Available in copper or aluminum.
NEVER use aluminum for grounding. Transition from aluminum cable to copper cable by using the bimetallic connector #M3
